"I signed up for text messages to let me know when my package was delivered. I received only one confirmation for sign up. I got no notification when the package was en route or delivered. It sat for 3 hours in the Arizona heat and my carob chips completely melted. Once they cool they're impossible to break apart making them useless. Please improve the notification system!!!"
