Missing one box and another arrived crushed

"Shipping issue? One box did not arrive and one of the other two was very crushed. Lots of crushed cans inside. I think the other may have been crushed too, and ruined because it has some glass jars in it. I asked the FEDEX delivery man about the third box and he told me that there were only two "

I probably will NOT order again as the price of shipping at 8.99 was not the cost you paid to ship a tiny package.

"My experience is mostly fantastic with Vitacost. My bad experiences generally come from the delivery. I've had numerous broken products, and once or so a missing item. Of course that's out of your hands."

Ineffectiove delivery

"I received an email saying my order was delivered. But, I could not find it. So, I drove to the top of my driveway in the dark with my headlamp and searched. It had been hidden behind my recycle cart in some tree branches. It WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY DOOR AS MOST OF MY OTHER ON-LINE ORDERS ARE. It is one tenth of a mile to my house from the main road down a steep PAVED driveway and 90% if people have no trouble making deliveries. Somebody needs some training. Or, a better understanding of what "delivery" means."

I Would Like to Have One More Benefit

"I love Your products. I love the fact that your prices are lower when you subscribe. What I don't like is the fact that you will not let me buy my products using Pay Pal when I subscribe. I try to be careful about not giving my information to very many people. I use pay pal when buying and I would subscribe and have it delivered periodically if I could do it through Pay Pal."

What's the deal with the coupons!

"The Myriad of coupons really works you and the bottom line is you end up making us work like broke peasants for coupons that don't work at least half the time, it is so entirely annoying and makes the otherwise pretty good experience a crummy one I realize this may not be precisely written but it is the experience I keep having"
