"As a mother of a two year old son (who is disabled) and takes supplements regularly (we use 4 different products from Vitaglo, and purchase products every month or two), I have to give this store great reviews. I have ALWAYS gotten my packages on time (keep in mind that their emails say "in 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS"...I ordered on a Saturday, so that day and the next do NOT count, as well as the other weekends in between), well packaged, never damaged, and NOT expired. As a matter of fact, ALL of my products have had a year or two until expiration. I have always gotten the products I asked for, and couldn't be happier with their services. Also, I called and talked to their customer service, and got a very friendly man on the phone (I guess maybe if you don't call with an attitude and are generally nice to them, they return the favor...) :) I don't know what all these unsatissfied folks are talking about...I HIGHLY recommend buying from vitaglo!"

12/03/07 I finally called the VitaGlo toll free numbers and got this:
Vitaglo: Hello.
Me: Hello?
Vitaglo: HELLO.
Me: Who is this?
Vitaglo: Micheal, er, Vitaglo
Me: Vitaglo?
Vitaglo: Yes.
Me: Ok good. I'm calling to cancel my order.
Vitaglo: Hold on... [put on hold for 4 minutes.]
Vitaglo: Ok, do you know your order number?
Me: Yes, it's XXXXXX. (pause) Are you really a company or this just a joke.
Vitaglo: Pause. Click.
(I was going to tell him about the non-response emails but he hung up too quickly)
I called back. Nice lady voice: "Vitaglo"
Me: Yes, I'm calling to cancel my order, we must have gotten disconnected.
Vitaglo: Please hold.
Micheal picks up and I repeat, we must have gotten disconnected.
Vitaglo: No I hung up on you. I don't take being insulted. Your order is cancelled. Click.
This is about the most unprofessional and worst web site I have ever found, and believe me I have spent many thousands of dollars and placed hundreds of orders online. But none will be spent at Vitaglo!"

You either pay high price and get service that you are expecting at high-end stores, or go to some warehouse/outlet - you look for what you need yourself, try to find someone to help you, wait for your order (mine usually come within 1 week)... That's why their price is cheaper. So if you are looking for service, shop at a different web site. Vitaglo is perfect for those, looking for bargain and good variety offered. That's why I'm shopping with them for about 4 years now - at least I found email confirmation of my order as of 6/20/05. Don't get frustrated, take the money you've saved with them, smile, and go pamper yourself. "
"My order was delivered almost a month after I placed it and because of this delay I was not able to receive it. They charged my credit card anyway and did not make any refund. I sent them a lot of e-mails and they never gave me a consistent answer. It looks like they have a standard answer, not even reading my request. I recommend everybody not to buy anything with them cause they are not trustfull. Their lack of commitment makes me think they can do anything just to make money."
"For a few years I bought almost exclusively from vitaglo.com. Not anymore. The last year or so their shipping has become tardy and unreliable. And their promises to correct it have been empty. After waiting for two weeks for them to ship my last order, I inquired. They promised they would ship it the next day. They did not. I canceled it a few days later. Then a week later I discovered that they had charged my credit card weeks before, without ever shipping the order! And they didn't even refund my money when I canceled that order! I will never do business with them again."

In their minds you should be erecting monuments to this company for having been allowed to pleasure and privilege to place an order with them. Call and you would get the *MOST* snooty, degrading, combative, and fickle people that ever grassed a costumer service line. "I used to spend $500 every six months or so at vitaglo. I was a great customer. They made some minor mistakes on my orders in the past, and it was alarming, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. then... They made a mistake on my last order and sent the wrong thing for one of the items. It took two months of going back and forth before they sent out the correct product. They were rude to me, pretended they didn't believe me, and ignored several of my emails. I was always very polite. Yet, they were unhelpful. This company has good prices, but is run by disrespectful folks if you ever have to deal with them. They promised to refund my shipping costs to return the product they mixed up. They never did, after requesting repeatedly for them to give me the small refund they promised. I never want to go through that again, so I will never buy from them again, and I told them that. I buy from iherb now. I was a good customer, and why they couldn't simply fix their mistake and treat me with respect, I will never understand. They don't know how to run a company. In my opinion, they don't deserve to be in business. They have horrible customer service. My advice to you, if they screw up your order, simply issue a chargeback through your credit card, and explain that you did not get what you ordered, and call it a day. I wish I had done that. It would have saved me a big headache that wasn't even worth it. I learned never to do business with them. This was a small mistake, I would hate to see how they would handle a bigger mistake. "
"I was a little shocked by the recent bad reviews of Vitaglo. They have always treated me well so I decided to use them again. I placed my order on November 14th and received my items on November 17th, nothing was outdated or damaged during shipment. I have used Vitaglo for years and never had a problem, they have some of the lowest prices and the best deal on shipping you will find. I even used them while I was deployed to Iraq. Not all companies will ship to an APO but Vitaglo did and they still shipped for free as long as my order was over $50. They are a great company and I will continue to order from them."
"Before I made this, my first order to Vitaglo, I read the reviews. There were some that were pretty damning, and there were some that indicated total satisfaction. Given the fact that their prices were so much lower than anything else I could find, I decided to give it a try, as I am confident that if they were not honest, I would be able to get my money back, as I was using a well established credit card. Fortunately, I couldn't be more pleased. I made my order on Friday, 27 October 2006. On that same day, I received an e-mail confirming my order. On the next business day, the Monday, next, 30 October 2006, I received a QuantumView e-mail, with a tracking number, telling me that my order was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 1 November 2006. The order actually came the next day, 2 November 2006, which was completely within the promised time-frame. The items included were VERY well packed, and the box was in good condition. "Purchased one 10lb bag of ON protein and one jug of No-Explode. On Monday I quickly got a shipment notification through their automation software. Once I received the box, I opened it and find out everything packaged well and exactly as stated and pictured per their website.
I can't even sum up how much money i've spent at Vitaglo throughout the years and not once have they failed to meet my expectations. I also like the free shipping for orders of $50. Would prefer it be faster than UPS ground but for free, i'm not complaining much."

However, haven't found true their claim "Most orders ship within 24 business hours" (assuming they mean 1 business day, not 3 :)).
