I finally received the nebulizer after several weeks. Not sure what took so long, especially, since it was not my error and initial order arrived so quickly. "I ordered a shower transfer chair, padded, on November 18th. Received an email stating on back order, until December 15. The order arrived on the 12th, and it was not what I ordered. The chair was NOT padded, so I couldn't use it. Reached out to customer service 3 times before any response. They are charging me to return their mistake, and after they deduct their "charges"' , I will only get a partial refund for a product I never received, plus I have to go through the hassle of returning the wrong item they sent. They also claimed they don't carry padded shower chairs, yet I shopped from their website. Very POOR customer service!"
