"I ordered supplies for drawing blood. I received one of two of the items that I ordered, and I also received a bed bath for a debilitated patient that was supposed to be delivered to someone on the other side of the country. I called to report the problem. The person I spoke to did not seem capable of understanding a two part problem. I received a n email so I can take time out of my day to return the bed bath.
It has been over a month, and I still have not received my second item"
