"I ordered something for my son with medical needs and paid for rush shipping. On day 3 of no confirmation of shipping, I contacted customer service and then found out the product ordered was out of stock and no ETA on when they would receive it. They didn't even contact me to let me know that and then when I canceled the order it took almost 3 and 1/2 weeks to get my money back. Because there was one other item that was way less expensive in the order and they overnighted that to me they still charged me for overnight shipping when they shouldn't have. I found the items needed at another place and although $5 more, they shipped in 2 days and I ended up saving $. Disappointed in vitality and the way my order was handled "
