"I placed an order and checked to see when it would be delivered. I emailed support and was told the item was backordered and would be sent in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I called customer support and was told it was backordered another 3 weeks. I cancelled the order.

Each email to them takes days to be answered, and they take 3-5 days to respond back. I would never recommend them and I will never use them again. I have never dealt with a vendor like them in all my time ordering thing online. I plan of filing complaints with as many organizations and federal agencies if they don't resolve this immediately.
