difficult to find what I wanted using the search as it refused to show me the things I wanted to see
the checkout refused to do anything other than twirl a little star thing in circles so after waiting for it to load for more than 5 minutes and trying three different times, I had to resort to ordering on my cell phone which to me is not optimal. it was slow there too but it actually loaded the checkout screen so I could order.

"I put an item in my shopping cart that said "Fast Shipping!" Another place on the website said "Free Shipping over $49". I put two and two together and thought "Fast Free Shipping!" Well, three days later my order is still "Awaiting Shipment". The product is fairly priced, but the shipping time is misleading. Be more transparent! Your major competitor really has "Fast Free Shipping" and their price is similar to yours."

"I sent a confirmed cancellation of my auto-ship order because you were having problems with my payment method. Since I really needed my HME supply I placed a new order with a different payment method and expedited the order to 3 day shipping. I called after both payments were made from the accounts! Only to be hung up on by one agent and basically ignored by 2 other agents until the next day when BOTH boxes arrived together (Never received next day service!) Spoke with a supervisor who assured me it would be taken care of in 3-5 business days. I open email to find that you are refunding $60 of my $75.49 and I have to pay to send it back!!! This plus my original payment method was charged $108"
