"I received the wrong product and called in to your support number. Where I spoke to a person. Who agreed that the shipment was incorrect and they where informing the distributor of the error and requesting a new shipment be sent. Also they stated that they would send an email detailing the return. I checked later that day no email was received at that time. I checked again the next day and still no email. I called again to the support folks and they told me it takes a few days to get the email with the return instructions. I really find that strange. I still have no email with instructions on how to return the incorrect shipment or notice of my replacement shipment. To say that I am not happy is an understatement. I signed up for a subscription when I purchased. I will cancel that tomorrow when I call. Unhappy Customer"

"I would give the socks a 5 star rating, but the shipping was unsatisfactory. I ordered and paid for 4 pair, but only received 3. It was in 2 shipments. The first pair was labeled "medium", but they were so small and tight I could hardly get them on. After wearing them a couple of days they finally stretched out so that I could comfortably wear them. The second shipment of 2 pair were labeled "medium" and were a perfect fit. I am 90 years old and have had several falls and when wearing the socks my footing is secure and I think will help to prevent falls."
