"Initially I was happy with my order. It was delivered promptly, the price was good, and the items that arrived were correct. However, shortly thereafter.. I started receiving way too many emails. They don't have an "unsubscribe" button at the bottom. Or anywhere. So to get rid of the barrage, you have to go to the account and tell them to turn it off. Who knows if they will. Then I received an email saying my order was about to go through. Again. Even though I specifically said at the time I ordered that I did not want to subscribe to anything and this was a one-time purchase. Also completely unacceptable was that they saved my card number because as I just said, I indicated this was a ONE TIME PURCHASE and did not save my card number for future orders. "

"I recently purchased a knee brace from Vitality Medical. Ordering was easy, and I was able to find the right size using the sizing chart. However, when I tried on the brace, it didn't fit. I called to get a new size, but was told that I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee, which ended up being about $80. I guess that's what you get when you don't buy from Amazon!"
