"I reordered a 4x4 patch after i found it had been shipped and left at my mail box at a cost of over $60.
The transportation was more than the product, and as I had waited over 30 days to inquire about delivery no one could do anything about it. As I use that patch every week and sometime more often, I reordered a box of 10. I received a shipment today which should have been for the 4x4 patch which by the way had gone up in price from $23 for a box of ten to over $40 for a box of 10. I am keeping the film cover as i use it weekly, and reordered a 3x3 patch pack of 10 for $21. Not at all pleased with my experience . "

On the 4th day we received an email (at the end of the day) that the order had just shipped.
We needed these 5 business days after the purchase.
Customer lack-of-service could only parrot that there was nothing they could do.
"I understand that this is life critical for your wife but it will take 3 days for the shipment to reach you." So she will have to starve those 3 days.
Do not order from here if you have a critical delivery timeframe."

"It was far too difficult to order a product online that needed a prescription. I had sent the prescription to the prescription email address a couple of days prior to placing my online order, per the instructions given to me on the chat helpline. After placing my order, I was supposed to receive a verification email that the prescription was received and applied to my order. Instead, I received a phone call/voice message that I needed a prescription to place my order. I have not returned the call yet, because I was trying to avoid phone communication which is why I placed the order online in the first place. Have not received an email yet, nor have I received a follow-up call to the voice message left 3 days ago. We'll see what happens when I call. May or may not revise my review."
