"The store representatives took it upon themselves to unilaterally cancel a medically necessary order solely.Upon not being able to verify the address . The store did not even try to contact the patient. To verify or to understand the issue at hand. If the store would have contacted the patient, they would have learned that the patient is not at there resident address, but is Sick on vacation. This was an example of very poor training, and Demonstrates extrem disregard to the patient. A mistake that should not Have happened. Unfortunately, a time sensitive medically needed product never arrived even after the order was processed, Does this company cannot be trusted to Fulfill medically necessary equipment."
