"I ordered a full case, 12 units, of powder. I paid for a full case plus you charged me $8.75 for shipping. My order arrived promptly however there was only one bottle of powder in the case. The box was filled with those inflatable pillows. My invoice inside the box clearly says 12 bottles. I see the notice you emailed me saying it was delivered shows one bottle delivered. A real clue something was wrong should have been when someone looked and saw I paid $111.20 for one bottle!!!! I don’t think so. I got help to call in because I am deaf and still waiting to hear from someone. I actually needed the product when I ordered it. Waiting to hear. Your operator tried to imply 12 were sent and questioned if someone swiped some. Not once was he willing to acknowledge someone in your shipping department screwed up. I’ve never in my life heard of a thief that packs packing pillows with him so once he steals he fills up the void with packing, really??"
