"I called to check stock on a very difficult to obtain item. The customer service rep called the local warehouse to assure me it was in stock before I ordered it to make sure it would arrive on time. She called me back with this info within 10 minutes. There is a tiny premature infant in Oslo, Norway who this product is for and this customer service rep is her hero! "
