"We received a package that had been opened and retapped using 1 piece of clear packing tape that was partially torn. When I contacted Vitality about the package, I was told to go ahead and open the package to see what was inside. I was told that it should arrive sealed. There was one cable tie securing the box and the paperwork was sitting loose in the box. This is not my idea of sealed packaging. Vitality’s answer was that this is how it comes.
Due to the sensitive, personal nature of the product, we haven’t proceeded any farther in opening the packaging. Bottom line, we may never open it and are very disappointed with Vitality."
