"I called yesterday and spoke with Amber from your customer service because I was hoping to get more info on your nebulizers, but the page I was looking for on your website wasnt showing up. It was a rating page of the top ten nebulizers that I’d seen a few days before. She told me the page wasn’t available because there were some changes being made to the site. She spent a lot of time with me explaining some of the differences in nebulizers and how they work. I appreciated her help a lot and today, when I went back to your site and the page I was looking for still wasn’t available, I looked online for other ways to find the information, which I did. I DO think you should restore that page because it was Very helpful as a new customer, but I also want to make sure you know what a great associate you have in Amber. She was helpful and knowledgeable, funny and friendly. She understands the products and knows where to go to get answers that she doesn’t have. She didn’t try to “sell” me and she didn’t push. Because of her help I was able to make this purchase today online, and she saved my sale by being her open and down to earth self. I could have been frustrated that you didn’t have the page I needed up yet, but, I did get what I needed elsewhere, and because Amber was such a neat person I came back to your business. Please, for the sake of your consumers, put that ratings page back up! "
