"Initially, when I checked out there wasn't a view of what I ordered or when it would be delivered. I checked out anyway.... then I thought I would receive an email telling me when the order would be delivered. Waited, and called customer service. He apologized (but wouldn't tell me when the order would be delivered) and said I would receive an email in 5 minutes. 25 minutes later, I call again, another customer service agent said she would email me, which she did. Then I discovered it was the wrong product! Not the product I selected. I called again, and cancelled the order (within 35 minutes of ordering). Customer Service agent told me she cancelled it and I would receive confirmation of the that in 48-72 hours! Instead, I received an email thanking for my order and several days later, received the package. I called customer service again,,,,, and explained that I had cancelled the order. She told me it would take up to a WEEK to let me know if I could cancel. 2 days laters, and I haven't seen anything. I will call my credit card company and dispute this order. I just think maybe your customer service agents need more training. "

"Ordered syringes. The outside of the box said syringes. You can tell it was tampered with. Received 3 bottles of expired Jevity. Evidently an employee needed the syringes. "
