Customer service refused to cancel, Refuse to allow us to speak to a supervisor and basically told us there was nothing that we could do. They shared with us that this was a drop ship item, That had not shipped yet, nor had they even accepted the order. But yet we were not allowed to cancel. Manager called back and did cancel order for us and maybe we will try again. However customer service needs better training. "
