"I now needed to verify I had a prescription for an item I was ordering. I did not need this for previous orders and there seemed to be some difficulty with verification; I received a call telling me to verify my order even after I emailed and texted my prescription. The website’s function to submit a prescription does not appear to work properly on mobile devices, and it wasn’t until that was submitted did I receive confirmation on my order. I understand the need for the verification, but I think the system leaves something to be desired, as I was left feeling uncertain."
