"The package had been previously opened and was poorly taped together. It was missing a wax ring, a water connection tube, all of the hardware and the instructions. I wound up going to Home Depot to buy parts and using other parts I had on hand to install the unit. The toile pedestal was there and I could not find another vender so I worked around the missing parts."
