"I paid $140 for expedited shipping(1-2 business days) and found out that the item is not being shipped as such. The item will take 6 business days. I called a Vitality medical representative to ask why and the answer was that they have no control over shipping. Really?!?! Then why charge something that can’t be guaranteed. I also will have to call back after delivery to get a shipping refund. Not acceptable Vitality medical supply. The only reason I ordered from your company was because of the “expedited” shipping."

I thought you might have been checking to see if I gave valid info.. but the dollar disappeared and just a couple of days ago an unauthorized charge of $49.95 appeared from nowhere. Someone with Charsand has hacked into or has access to your internet service and I thought you should know about it and get it corrected for future transactions. My card I used has been closed and I will be issued a new one. These crooks are everywhere and ordering from you cost me a lot of problem.
