Difficult purchase

"It took me 4 times of trying to place my order. My payment was being rejected due to the fact that too many numbers were being added to the billing zip code. "

“We try to make our order placing process as easy as possible for our fans, whether it's on our app, website or over the phone with one of our sales agents. Above all, we prioritize safety, there seemed to be some difficulty associating the info on file directly to you as the cardholder via public records, so it was cancelled automatically by the system to prevent against unauthorized activity. App says my address is wrong!

"My app wouldn’t allow my purchase to go through because it says error: address doesn’t match address on file.
I called the service center spoke to Edwardo. He was very kind and professional assured me we can fix this problem. My purchase went through. It should not have been so stressful! Thank you Edwardo.

Excellent service

"I spoke with Anthony from Dallas, TX. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He helped me step by step on purchasing baseball tickets and showed me how to upload my tickets on the app. I’m not tech savvy as these youngsters. Kudos!! "

Never received tickets twice

"Never received tickets twice!!! when called was told that sent them to email never received got run around for over 90 mins and no results asked for refund said could not find order but money came out of my bank twice "

Where was my barcode!?

"The gentleman on the phone was kind and helpful. Pulling up the ticket in my email was a nightmare! It kept saying delivered, but I got a link runaround and never ever found the barcode required. Luckily the gate attendant took pity on us and let us through. NEVER AGAIN with this company!"
