"My customer support specialist went above and beyond. She help me locate the best tickets for the best prices. Communicated clearly to me the cost of each set of tickets. She was patient as she took my order information and ordered each set of tickets for me. I was super grateful for her help! Being kind and nice goes a long way!!"

"I just wanted to take a moment and speak to how grateful I am these folks still have a number you can call and reach a HUMAN!

In my case it was Aneury. This man was a pleasure to work with. StubHub was horrible… months on months of lying about tickets they lost and constant delays just to tell me they were going to refund me my money after I already booked a place and travel for the event. They literally prolonged the process 2 months just to try and offer me seats for tiers above the ones I purchased. Their “guarantees “ are absolute trash. Aneury did in 5 minutes what they couldn’t in 5 weeks!

Aneury I can’t thank you enough for being so helpful and compassionate to my position. You’re one of the good ones man. NEVER LOSE THAT! If you ever decide to broaden your horizons just know I’d hire you in a second at my company. Thank you again for all you did for me!

Horrible online system and customer service

"Vivid seats is horrible. I entered a .con rather than .com by mistake on my email address and therefore never received my tickets. I tried calling two hours before my event as the tickets never arrived. It went to automated system and never got a person to talk to. The confirmation number they gave me was completely useless and also did not allow me to access my tickets.
Was not able to get in with those tickets I paid for. They refuse to give refunds for anything. They simply don’t care. The moment you hit submit, they have your money and will not refund.

sellers beware

"Began selling tickets thru Skybox in October, 2022, who broadcasts out to many platforms including Vivid. two sales now cancelled.......Both sales canceled with an absorbent, maximum fee charge back of over $500 each. Comparable Seats were still available for both shows, much cheaper than $500. Most recent is Kane Brown show, which is not until 3-18-23. Vivid asked for proof of transfer which I sent. But they said they never received it (no bounce back error of email fail)charged , saying I had not sent proof of transfer. The simple solution is to cancel and retransfer. this is a non brainer with show so far away, but they simply do this to make money. I have sent multiple emails including resending original showing proof of transfer. They will not reply to my emails. just know, as a seller, they look for ways to charge you the maximum and do no reply or send information they are required to. both shows I have been charged back for had much cheaper, comparable seats still available. but, as stated, the Kane Brown show could have been and still could be fixed easily. SH has had issues since merging with Viaggo but still way better than this. BEWARE sellers"

6 Celtics seats $870

"Purchased Celtics tickets in August 22($870 confirmed seats ) for October 2,2022 game. Day of game they said only had 2 tickets available and sold my other 4. Disputed several times and no resolution till this day. Had rented a room just for this event. Credit care company is stating they rejected my dispute because all sales are final. It’s not final unless I had the tickets available which I didn’t. Never again. Don’t use this site they are horrible.
