NO BUYER GUARANTEE!!

"Purchased two tickets for $1000 for the Suns vs Nuggets NBA game 2. The seats were obstructed behind the camera and camera operator. When purchasing the tickets, the description DID NOT mention the obstruction. Also, prior to purchasing, the seat numbers were not provided. We were required to stand the entire game in order to see the court. I contacted Vivid seats by phone twice, then three times by email to request a refund for selling tickets with an obstructed view that was not disclosed. They would not stand behind their 100% Buyer Guarantee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

Based on the documentation and information we have about these seats, the tickets you received were not marked as obstructed or limited view by the venue, as the camera operator's position may vary from game-to-game. Based on your photo, the majority of the court was still visible throughout the game. As these tickets were appropriately listed and you were provided the correct tickets in time for your event, we would not be able to extend an offer of compensation for your order at this time. While this resolution may not be ideal, we hope that this information helps to clarify the situation.”

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM VIVID SEATS!!

"Horrible company and horrible customer service. Bought my ticket to see Kali Uchis in Chicago with two weeks in advance and they never came through in their app. I called two days before the event, and was told to wait an hour for my ticket to arrive on my email and it never arrived. I waited 12 hours to call again and was told to wait 5 hours and still no ticket. I called again and was told to continue waiting. I called the day of the event several times and was transferred back and forth and put on hold for hours! and still had no tickets! , so I keep calling and kept speaking with people from another county that where reading some scripted dialog that wasn't helpfully. 30 minutes before the event! and after have spoken with around 8 different people for the past days I spoke to someone who replaced the original ticket that was a VIP ticket in the balcony for a general admissions ticket. A Refund was rejected so I had to opt for the option of getting this general admissions ticket. I worst customer service experience in my life. This is coming from a very patient easy goin customer. Very fraudulent company! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS SCAM!"

deceptive dishonest inhumaine

"vivid seats added 25.00 to the end of my order. I immediately requested a refund and vivid seats denied. actual products like a car or groceries become used or damaged immediately, but there is no damage to a ticket, its nearly the pass to go to an event. their business model is dishonest and unjust and probably was illegal 10 years ago. vivid seats gets more bad reviews than anyone I have seen. I require an immediate refund plus interest."

Emailed tickets for the wrong date

"I received a email for tickets to the opener at the PAC 12 playoffs. Email confirmation sent three times and when they finally emailed me my tickets it was for session 3 and not session 1. There resolution was a 20 dollar credit. "

Worst Ticketing Experience I Have Ever Had

"I purchased tickets for Pixies in Denver, Colorado two months in advance and they never arrived. I called the day before the event, and was told to wait until 24 hours before the event, because sometimes tickets don't get released until then for security purposes. That night, I still had no tickets, so I called again. A retransfer was initiated, and I was told I would receive the tickets within a few hours. The next morning arrived and I still had no tickets. I called again and was told to continue waiting. At this point I lost all faith in this company and bought tickets through Seat Geek instead. Those tickets were delivered within a matter of hours. Vivid Seat's tickets still never showed up. I called the next day to get a refund, and they are now refusing to refund because their seller confirmed the ticket delivery. I don't know where those tickets were actually delivered, though, because it certainly was not to me. Terrible company. I will never be buying tickets through them again."

Absolutely terrible

"Tried to buy tickets through this site with three separate cards (both mine and my wife's) that are all working perfectly with every other vendor. The first failed to process, the second went through successfully, but was "cancelled" without any explanation, and the third was processed by customer support and also cancelled within an hour or so after sitting on the phone and wasting our time.

Use AXS, not VividSeats. It works.

"The operator was very efficient and helpful. She tried to give me a $10 per ticket discount, but the system didn't allow it, but she still managed to get me a couple dollar discount on each ticket. Thank you! "
