"Terrible experience. Their system is a mess that sells tickets for the wrong game behind the scenes and then when they know what is wrong they don’t proactively inform you. Instead, plan on spending several hours on the phone with their “support” people who know nothing but to try the Ticketmaster web site on a different browser. Finally, expect to find out your order was silently cancelled by them and they don’t care to make things right for wasting more time on the phone with them than the duration of the event you planned on attending.
Truly a nightmare. Worst consumer support experience I can imagine."
