"Saturday, January, 14, 2023, Los Angeles Kings vs new Jersey Devils @ Cripto Arena. I only needed five tickets for my family to attend this event. The Vivid Seats agent (Charlie) explained to me that if I was to buy six tickets in Section C30, I could contact vivid seats once the tickets become available on the AXS app and vivid seats would relist the one extra ticket for sale for me.
When the tickets became available on the AXS app, I contacted vivid seats and they told me that they can not list the one extra ticket for sale for me. Very disappointed"

"Despite of the good will of the sales and costumer service teams, I had an, overall, disappointing experience with Vivid Seats. I tried buying 4 tickets for Lakers x Nuggets game four times, and all those times, the purchases were cancelled. I was persistent and tried using other cards as well, but I still received cancelling emails. The tickets values were charged at the moment, so the problem wasn’t with the cards.
However, even if I asked, no one could tell me the exact reason why my purchases kept getting cancelled.
At the end, I just gave up trying to buy from Vivid Seats."

"I purchased 2 tickets fir a Steve Harvey Vault Empowers conference in 2021 that was canceled. Unbeknownst to me the even had actually been canceled before I purchased the tickets from vivid seats and they still let me buy them. I was trying to use a credit from a Billie Eillish concert that was expiring so I was searching on Vivid Seats for something of interest. Not only did I use my 600 dollar credit I paid additional money for another ticket both totaling over $1000. I have reached out to Vivid Seats numerous times and Vault Empowers has reached out to them as well. Yet they refuse to even issue me a credit for an event that was supposed to take place now 2 years ago. I only get a canned email response that says the event is postponed and not canceled. "
