"I first logged onto my account and found tickets for $84 each but when I went to buy them, the price jumped to 122 each so I had to call customer service and found that the price is for a bundle of 3 or more tickets which is not mentioned on the site. Arden was very helpful and reduced the price 108 each. a far cry from 84 but better than 122. They really need to make things clear on the website."
“Hey Christopher! We'd be happy to clarify why the price appeared to increase between browsing and your cart. Sometimes when you see tickets listed for cheaper but the price appears to change after you select the quantity, it's because the tickets for the lower price are only available in a smaller or larger quantity than your selection. To explain, if a listing shows 4 tickets available for $84 each, the seller may not want to get stuck with a single ticket so they may only allow the tickets to be purchased as a pair or as a set of 4. The "jump" in price may just be that the lowest priced listing on our site for three tickets was set for a higher price per ticket. Some of the discrepancy may also be due to sales tax and our service and delivery fees, but these are always disclosed at checkout after providing us your Billing Address. You can review the full price breakdown at the last step of checkout before you finalize and place your order. We hope this helps to clarify the way pricing works on our platform for the future. "I’d been a customer for over two years with Vivid Seats. On Jan. 18th purchase 3 tickets for a basketball game in ATL. GA. Well aleast I thought I did, paid my money thru my credit card. File what they sent me away just like in the past, like I mentioned have done this many times before. The nite of the game couldn’t enter the game with the BS they sent me, this was my daughter birthday present. Called them right away talk with one of their customer service people for over an hour and he couldn’t correct this BS, now they have my money and we didn’t get in to see the game. They will run you around but they won’t help you, thief’s are what they’re. Just be aware they will mess up and try and blame you, they may be cheaper, BUT BUYER BEWARE I would stay away from these guys, going to Stub Hub or Ticketmaster from now on. Vivid Seats I hope you go out of business because on the way you treat people!!"

"I was very nervous purchasing tickets from a reseller because of all the negative reviews for ALL the resellers and warnings of scams so I called the company to purchase instead of purchasing online. I was completely aware that reseller prices are above the actual value of the ticket and of the fees for the reseller before making my purchase and the prices quoted were exactly as there were listed on thier website along with the section and row numbers. I was actually give a small additional discount and vivid seats prices were much less than four other competitors that I looked at. Tickets were emailed to me prompty after my purchase at at that time I could see the seat numbers. Very happy so far. I will update if there are any issues at the time of the event on 03/03/23."
