"My credit card company had a special offer for 10% off a ticket purchase from. VividSeats. This was on top of earning a stamp, but I had to press the link to get connected. Vivid seats would not check me out so I called capital one, capital one had a direct number so we did not wait on hold and my call still took two hours and seven minutes to be told it would not work. Vivid seats. Made me specifically pay while on the phone call to buy the tickets which eliminated by 10% rebate. Vivid seats representative did admit they’ve heard about this problem before. But there was no way to correct it. This all happened on a recorded line with Capital One staying on the phone for all two hours and seven minutes with me."

"Following spending 2k on tickets to an NFL championship game, the third party seller determined the purchase was fraud. I called vivid seats immediately upon receiving the email and was told nothing can be done about it. Not to mention my money will be held for at least 5 business days. I don’t have the means to pay for new tickets so I will have to wait till being refunded and purchase them again. 1-2 days before the game date the prices will have drastically increased and I’ll be lucky if I can even go at all. I’ll never purchase from vivid seats again!"
