"I was told by a Vivid Seats rep before I confirmed my sales order that my mobile tickets from Ticketmaster would be able to be downloaded as PDFs the week of the show so that I could upload them into Vivid Seats. They are not actually downloadable and Vivid Seats DOES NOT OFFER MOBILE TRANSFER, like StubHub does. When I called to inform them that I was mislead and was not able to deliver my tickets to the buyer due to their limited functionality, and contrary to what the rep prior had advised, they told me that they would be charging me anyway for the full price of the sale since I had confirmed the order.
