lost both of all his legs in Vietnam. He is a die-hard Redskins fan who has never been to a Redskins game and my husband and I wanted to surprise him with tickets to this game. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve H. who could not have been kinder, nicer, courteous, and so patient with me. He worked with me until we found just the right tickets. Although I thanked Steve profusely, I hope this organization recognizes Steve for his outstanding customer service. I have since talked to my brother and gave him the good news (he lives in the VA home in Waldorf, MD). He cried; he actually cried when I gave him the news. He literally cannot wait for September 15. Attempting to checkout using Apple Pay resulted in an error stating " Apple Pay account requires Last Name." However, my Apply Pay account does, in fact, include my surname.

Attempting to checkout using my credit card with either my cell phone or laptop resulted in a different error stating "billing address does not match with credit card." Again, the address I entered on VividSeats and the address attached to my credit card were exactly the same, to the character.

Hoping to resolve the issue, I left my laptop on all night with a pending a customer service live-chat, but when I got up in the morning I still hadn't received a reply. All in all a pretty frustrating experience.

That said, I called the 1-800 number this evening and was connected almost immediately with Justin, who was the embodiment of great customer service. He was prompt, polite, helpful, and informative, and took care of my transaction in minutes."
