"I purchased tickets for Book of Mormon on vividseats.com and the tickets gave a row, seat number and had a button to "buy", so I selected buy when ready to purchase. It was not clear until I already purchased the tickets that these tickets have an "obstructed view." I called to cancel as I paid good money for these seats and was told it clearly states the details online. This is simply NOT true. I've called and they will not give me a refund, I'm disputing with paypal and my bank. It's deceitful advertising to now list details like this upfront for customers. I am very disappointed and will never use vivid seats again. Steer clear people! Stick with stub hub."

"20 hours before and still no tickets. Customer service says if I don’t get them I will be refunded. Problem is u have to wait until the event is completely over before they will give u a refund. So I am stuck. If they arent here early tomorrow, Inwon’t be able to print them. The confirmation said Inwould recieve the tickets 12/18/18. Well that day is just about come and gone. "
