He helped me apply my discount, gave good advice, and waited on hold for me while I dealt with my credit card company on the other line. At the end of the call he gave me his extension in case I had any other questions in the future. Dexter, I hope your manager reads this and realizes that they're frickin lucky to have you around. "Called because we were having issues downloading tickets we purchased for Elton John Saturday night at American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas. Process is confusing and a bit difficult, but we finally got it done.
We then found out that we were sold the wrong date for our parking pass (which we paid $80.00 for a $40.00 parking pass); was transferred to a gentlemen named Derek. I requested that the funds be credited back to my credit card; He basically informed me that Vivid Seats was "doing me an accommodation by providing me with an $83.00 credit towards my next purchase, and that was his position was firm and "that was it. It appears that someone who purchases thousands of dollars (paying way over real value) for concert tickets does not deserve an $83.00 refund back to his credit card. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE SOURCE AND A GREEDY LOUSY COMPANY. I am going to see about what can be done with other social media outlets and spread the word. I have been going to concerts for 44 years, and this is BY FAR the worst company I have ever dealt with (not that anyone cares.
