"I have an online account, but I phoned because our tickets were to be sent to our house address, but we will be on vacation so they ensured that they would be forwarded to our vacation destination. Ally (spelling?) was very helpful."

"I had preordered 2 tickets to an NFL preseason game over two weeks in advance. Through the two weeks I was not able to access the tickets, including on the app, even though I got an alert that the tickets were processed and ready to go. I thought the matter would be resolved before I got to the game so I drove over an hour to the game. On my way there I called multiple times to connect to the customer service and they transferred me multiple times until I was talking with a manager. At this point I was waiting outside the stadium and the game had already started. The manager kept putting me on hold and then after about 20 minutes told me that there was nothing that they could do. I had driven my brothers to the game, and they bought their tickets through ticketmaster, so they were able to enter the game, but I could not leave the stadium because I was their ride back. This made it necessary to buy expensive tickets at the gate. On top of this I missed the full first quarter of the game, and if you know anything about preseason games, that is the quarter you are there for because that is when the starters are playing. It left me tired and unable to enjoy a large part of the game, due to the stress they had caused me. I asked the customer complaint department to give me a full refund for what I had bought through them and what I HAD TO BUY at the gate. They called and told me that it was outside of their policy to offer a refund but would do so for the cheap tickets I had bought through them, but that they could do nothing to give me a full refund for the tickets I HAD TO BUY at the gate. I will never use Vivid seats again and suggest you do the same."
