"Bought tickets on Friday for a Saturday show. They shipped next day UPS on schedule. At 2:30 PM I called to say they hadn't arrived. The customer service said UPS has made an error and the tickets would not be delivered, but they'd contact the seller to see if there was another delivery method but a) they'd call me back and b) absent that they'd see about giving me similar seats from their inventory. At 445 PM, I called back. Same story. But said again they'd call the seller and get back to me. At 615 PM I called again. Note, not once did they reach out to me on their own. Ever. They had me on hold for 15 minutes and said they were calling the seller - ready truly - but assured me absent this working out they'd give me something comparable from their "extensive" inventory. When they came back, they informed me that a) they were unsuccessful with the seller and b) unfortunately they had nothing in their inventory. They were pleasant enough but all along I felt they were not proactive or transparent. I do give them credit for reimbursing me for the tickets - but I had to wait yet another 15 mins to talk to someone. I'd hesitate before ever using them again."

"Vivid Seats had me a bit upset from my last experience and I was reluctant to be a customer despite the fact that I never had an issue before. I was granted a store credit and thought that was a kind gesture... but when I spent hours online trying to use it I was quite frustrated.
I tried the chat, waited over a half hour for an agent and gave up. After I cooled off, I attempted to call. Nick answered within the first few seconds and he saved the day! Put me back in my happy, jovial mode!
