Burned by vividseats

"Bought tickets on vividseats last week for the first time. Got to the concert and NO TICKETS. I called and they said "we canceled your tickets, you won't be charged" which was no help getting in to the concert right when it was about to start. Avoid at all costs."

I am all about the best price. Could have received a better price if I just waited for a 10% of email instead of listening to the phone rep.

"Annoyed that I am obsessing over the best price possible and looking around only to find discounts at sites like retailmenot, not apply once you click the link. Fees are already high enough, lessening that blow would help. Well, I call and the representative assures me that there are no coupon codes to find and that he is giving me the best price. Not believing, I look around some more but then come back and call and have another rep tell me the same thing ... no better price. I finally purchase from the phone rep and when I look to find my ticket email I discover that vivid seats had already sent me a 10% of coupon to apply online :-(. The discount the rep offered was less. Of course it is impossible to reach someone to see if they will reimburse you the difference and all voice prompts say all ticket sells are final .. tough luck. Fine tough luck for me ... but I'll be sure to use a different ticket service in the future considering talking to someone post ticket purchase was so difficult. As far as the tickets ... I did receive the download email so I assume things are legit w.r.t. that. Really annoyed about the price though. That phone rep probably got the difference of my discount."

"I contacted Vivid seats customer service to see why l could not print out the tickets while making my purchase. I was concerned because l never did electronic tickets before and l was getting tickets for 6 people. I wanted everyone to have their own ticket in hand since we may not all see each other until game time. I had purchased tickets before from vivid seats and l printed them out before and everyone had their tickets in hand. I was hoping l would be able to get the paper tickets. I'm not even sure if l can download that many tickets on my phone. Anyway the person at customer service advised me that is the only way to get tickets and he could get them for me. I was really hesitant because I was still unsure of the process. He asked me for a price range and l told him 100- to 150 per ticket. He told me he found me tickets at 153 per ticket which was at the limit of my price range. I asked if l could go online during the transaction in order to get an idea where my seats were he became impatient so l proceeded with the transaction. After purchasing the tickets l went back online and saw seats in the section cheaper and closer. I'm totally ****!!! "

Such wonderful customer service!

"My husband tried to purchase tickets on line and hit a snag when trying to print them out. I called customer service and Cesare checked and said he would switch me to the proper associate. I want to say her name was Sylvia? - not sure. But she very carefully checked for me that my husbands purchase had not gone through and would switch me back to a sales rep. Well surprise! I got Cesare himself who yes - remembered me, yes remembered the event and YES! could get the exact two VIP seats my husband had wanted. He carefully explained company policy and was very helpful waiting with me until I saw my email confirmation. He then explained how I would get two more emails and advised me on how to print them out. He has a wonderful phone manner, excellent communication skills and honestly made helping my grumpy husband into a very nice chat and purchase! Thank you Cesare! He is a credit to your company!

Awesome Customer Rep Experience

"Customer service rep Chloe was able to totally solve my problem, get me access to my tix and do it in one call. Two previous weeks and two other reps couldn't solve my problem but she know exactly what to do. Crisis averted before an 8 hour drive to get to the show. Great job Chloe and thanks so much!!"

Amazing customer service

"I found out about a Radiohead show after the tickets had gone on sale. It had been 6 years since they toured in America last, so I couldn't let the opportunity go. After searching for tickets on several different websites, I decided to purchase through Vivid Seats. As a semi frequent concert goer, this was my first time buying resale tickets, so I was a bit apprehensive. My sale associate, Rene Sanchez, was fantastic from purchase date to 2 days prior to the show. I bought the tickets in March for a show in August 1st. He assured me that everything was legitimate & even gave me his direct extension for any further questions I would have. I called him at least 3 times. Whenever he was away , or off and I had to leave a voicemail, he called me back every single time. My tickets came through the day of the show as he had said. They were absolutely fantastic seats & my husband and I had a blast. After returning home, I called Rene to personally thank him for his patience & professionalism the whole way through. He went majorly above and beyond of what was required & I truly appreciate that. Thank you Rene & Vivid Seats. I will definitely recommend and use your services in the future!
