Excellent customer service

"John Lipinski was very helpful over the phone. He went the extra mile to call me back. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I hate calling customer services because it's usually a pain, but Mr. Lipinski was the exception to that. Excellent customer service!"

Justin was extremely patient and helpful

"I was trying to purchase a ticket to the theater for myself for tomorrow, and my bank was declining my debit card, although I did have the money to pay for the ticket.

I called Vivid Seats as I have purchased tickets many times before, and spoke with Justin who was very kind and patient.

He recommended that I put him on hold whilst I called my bank to clear up the issue.

This took at least 15 minutes, but he waited and my purchase was then complete!

He was great.

"I needed to purchase my tickets with 2 different cards. I used the chat box and Adam answered my questions, then proceeded to call me at the number I gave so we could move on with the process. He helped me order the tickets with the 2 cards I had. I not only got great seats at a great price, but the customer service with Adam was amazing! "

Saratoga Racetrack Tickets

"We are going to Saratoga Racetrack this weekend and it is predicted to rain all day on Friday. I purchased 4 Grandstand seats for $180 today so that we wouldn't have to sit in the rain. When the mobil tickets were delivered to me via e-mail and I downloaded them, the e-tickets indicated that those seats were not undercover! I called Vivid Seats immediately and told them that the fact that those seats were not undercover should have been disclosed before the seats were purchased and that I did not want those seats. They said they couldn't do anything other than offer me a refund of of the service fees as a credit against other purchases. I spent almost an hour talking with 3 customer service representatives, but they said as a third party seller there was nothing they could do. I said as a ticket reseller they should know if there is anything different about those seats compared with other Grandstand seats, and disclose that information to buyers. I am now disputing that purchase with the credit card company. I will never use Vivid Seats again. "

"Angel went above and beyond in his service that he provided. I was frustrated from a previous purchase and he explained what happened in my previous order so that helped me understand when I had to reorder my tickets. "I had an issue on the website buying my tickets so I started an online chat with Jonathan. Since my ticket choice was no longer available Jonathan called me and got me better tickets and a great price ! He even helped us find a parking pass!
