"I was looking for concert tickets, and found them at a great price. When I weren't to checkout, I assumed there would be taxes and a service charge, but I would have NEVER thought it would be $70 for 2 tickets! The kicker is that you have to "unhide" the total break down, and the receipt does not have an itemized list of the charges. I had to do a live chat with cussing service to find out why my total was so high! Oh, and all sales are final, so by the time I found out how bad I got screwed, customer service was sure to make a point that I couldn't return the tickets literally minutes artery I purchased them.

I originally gave Vivid Seats one star after two unsuccessful attempts to rectify my issue, but Vivid Seats reached out to me after seeing my review. I spoke to a manager named Shannon, and he was apologetic, listened without interrupting me, and was able to offer a resolution that went above and beyond my expectations. I do hope they revise the way their site is set up, but the interaction did end on a good note. "
