Terrible experience.

"Ordered three tickets through the website and tried paying with debit card, first they cancelled my order but still took my money, second I called customer service to see what the problem was, they couldn’t tell me why they cancelled my order, comes to find out it was because of fraud. So next I was told that I had to buy new tickets, even though they took the money for the original tickets ordered. So they were trying to make me spend $660 for two sets of tickets. I tried to see if there was anything they could do to compensate the problem I kept being told I would have to buy new tickets for them to resolve the original problem. Overall, I just felt like the customer service was terrible, and no one took my situation seriously."
