"Have bought tickets for spring training games for years from them. Never a problem and pricing was fair. Not so this year. Bought 8 tickets to spring training game. Price was $60 on site . i was using IPAD and guess i did not see or missed the ONE TIME they claimed to show fees. Certainly was not on the checkout page and fees not identified on confirmation. When confirm came total was $620, nearly a 30 % fee. That is quite frankly just nuts for a preseason game.Their explanation. -it's a user driven site and my fault. Guess that's true . Nonetheless I was very surprised that the historical 10-15% fee level was doubled. Shop around and be more aware than i was.
Update Vivid got in touch. We discussed my issue. The rep (Lucy) was great) Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Based on our discussion they provided relief on the fee issue. The result was more than fair. As noted no problems before this and with Lucy's help a good resolution was found. Would certainly try Vivid again. "
