"Buyer Beware!!! This outfit has had its BBB rating suspended for numerous customer complaints. I am just the latest in a long line of dissatisfied customers. I ordered two tickets for mezzanine seats at $100 per ticket. My credit card was charged $256.55. I received the tickets via email. There was a red button that said “Review and Print.” I clicked on it and verified that they were the correct tickets (mezzanine). This page clearly guaranteed these exact seats. Then I had to click on another button that said “Download,” in order to print them. I discovered that what was actually sent was tickets for $35 seats in the upper balcony four rows from the very back and I am HANDICAPPED!!! When I contacted Vivid Seats, they refused to refund my money...did I mention that their website (in addition to the tickets themselves) tout a GUARANTEE??? BUYER BEWARE!!! This outfit is out to take your money and cares nothing for customer satisfaction!!! I have since discovered countless bad reviews and their Better Business Bureau rating has been suspended due to customer complaints. I think they better reviews are probably from companies who buy blocks of tickets. Vivid Seats probably gives them better service. But if you are an individual, use them at your own risk and only if you can afford to throw the money in the toilet!!!

" I would give this company zero stars if I could. I purchased six tickets for WWE in San Antonio and I live in Austin and when we showed up at the venue only one out of the five tickets were valid. They let us in to stand in a long line at customer care to resolve the issue and The venue says that there was nothing they could do because the tickets were from a third-party vendor. I called the number for Vivid Seats and sat outside the venue for an hour waiting for them to answer but no one ever did.
The next day, I called Vivid Seats to tell them what happened and assume they will immediately refund my money but instead they say that they will look into it and five days later they call back to let me know that it shows that the venue only scanned that one ticket and did not scan the other five so they would not be refunding my money.
I asked her why they were unable to look at all my tickets and clearly see that five of the tickets were not valid and she said they were unable to know if the tickets were valid or not. What???!
So let me get this straight, They are in the business of selling tickets to the public and they don't know if they are valid or not? Apparently the only people that know if the tickets are Legit are the people that scan the tickets at the venue (fingers crossed) but any invalid tickets show up as not being scanned it all. What a scam! Do not ever buy from this company. My son was devastated because the venue was sold out and we could not buy more tickets at the event. I will be getting an attorney today. "

"We purchased titckrts for the Bruno Mars concert scheduled for Oct 30th 2017. The concert was postponed a few days before the concert. It’s been nearly 3 months with no updates. We we asked about a refund “it’s company policy that no refunds can be issued for postponed concerts”. We fly in from out of state, spent money on flights and hotel that we would have to pay all over again to attend the concerts New date, whenever that is. My wife is now pregnant and we will not be able to attend the concert no matter what the New scheduled date is. It is now our responsibility to sell our tickets we purchased for the Oct 30th concert. That’s the date we committed to. They care more about the sale than retaining clients. We will never buy through vivid seats again."

I will never purchase through VividSeats from here on out and do not suggest you do either. I was charged, but did not receive the ticket. Please be advised if the ticket cannot be sent to your email, they will make no additional contact via the phone number or address you provide. They considered their agreement "fulfilled," keep the money, and resell the seat for additional profit. How much money do you make annually Vividseats by treating customers this way? "
