He did everything he could to give me the best experience and he did. If I’m not dealing with Ronald I won’t use vivid seats. Ended up calling tech support who promised to get me tickets with a discount, and instead of getting that, ended up paying even more per ticket. Overall experience was terrible - I felt horribly ripped off with the fees they tack on without itemizing, which is BS. I will never be using Vividseats again."
"Sat outside in the Texas heat waiting on our tickets to be delivered only to find out that tickets cannot be sent after an event starts. The customer service rep that processed our order over the phone should know the rules. We sat outside for over 45 minutes waiting for a response from customer service. So hot and so embarrassing. We could have just as easily walked to the ticket master booth to purchase tickets. After finally finding out the issue it was after halftime and not even worth purchasing tickets from ticket master. Waste of time and parking! "

The representative walked me through each step of checking for tickets at Ticketmaster, AXS, and the spirt teams web portal and together learned no tickets. The rep said we will email your tickets within 3-5 hours. I never received their email. I'm 67 years old and never experienced such horrible service. Worse I have not received a refund!"
