Customer Service Great! Ticket mark up ABSURD!

"My customer service rep-Jamie-was outstanding. Patient, helpful and friendly! However, the face value for my tickets was 45.00 and by the time I got done with the transaction the tickets were 98.00 EACH! I understand that resellers have to make a profit too, but seriously...
I received a credit for a show that was cancelled due to Covid, so I was allowed 125% of those tickets, but since the ticket price was over double the face, it doesn't really seem like a great deal--I wish I would have just received the money back.

Horrible Company

"I cannot stress how horrible my experience was with Vivid Seats. I ordered a VIP ticket to a concert over a year in advance (due to being postponed for COVID). I finally received a ticket 5 days before the event, and the ticket I received was a GA ticket. I attempted Vivid Seat's live chat, where the chat agent said they would look into it, gave no timeline, and disconnected the chat. I then emailed them with pictures of my order and the ticket received- no repsonse. I then called Vivid Seats (by the way it is impossible to get someone on the phone, so you need to select '0' and then not press any more prompts for several minutes, until it allows you to select an agent). 45 minutes later, I reached an agent who acknowledged my complaint and said they were investigating. The event came and went, and I never received any response from anyone. I can't believe the scam they running. My only recourse was to initiate a credit card chargeback. NEVER AGAIN will I ever purchase a ticket from Vivid Seats."

It's been a year and I just want my refund

"I ordered tickets to an event that was scheduled to happen in 2020 that was postponed due to COVID. I emailed customer service and they told me to wait it out since the tickets will be eligible for the new rescheduled date. Well it's been a year now and I recently sent a message saying that I just want my refund. They refuse to give it to me and advised I should sell my tickets. Who is going to buy tickets to an event that doesn't exist? Absolutely absurd. I will no longer be purchasing from Vivid Seats again. Will also be advising people to not purchase from this company as well. "
