"We are in Arizona about an hour and a 1/2 from Las Vegas . I buy tickets for for a comedy Performance for tonight. The 1st thing I did was to explain that I wasn't good with computers and that we could not under any circumstances print out a ticket because we did not have a computer. I was satisfied how the young man helped me get tickets And then I asked him how can we present them at the door and he said I'm gonna transfer you to another number and they can help you with that. The recording said it was a 40 minute wait it wound up being 1.5 hours and That was after I sent a couple emails explaining what I'm explaining now.. I was going to cancel but Don would not let me. It was almost like somebody heard me mention the word cancel and then somebody came on the phone, unknown, a nice young man and helped us. We're retired and I used to be a trainer and I know customers should be treated better. VIvid is not the only company that does this. "I could not buy tickets through the app. I have a PO Box as my billing address. The app won't take it as a valid address. I had to call twice to get these tickets. Alaska was wonderful on the phone, but this is the 4th time I have tried to buy tickets through Vivid with no success. If I can use AXS it is so easy. I never have a problem. It was less money on the phone as well. What's up with that?? Even finding the invoice # for this post was hard. I put the confirmation number. I HOPE that's right. WAY TO HARD This needs to be addressed, or I'll just go elsewhere. "
