CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!

"I'm P..... O.. about my experience with Vivid Seats!!!! I found tickets I wanted to purchase for the Garth Brooks Concert this coming October in section floor H, row 19 for $136.00 but once I got to the checkout section the tickets were listed at $163.00! I thought that was the hidden charges I know comes with these types of purchases. so I added up the price on my calculator... 5 tickets at $163.00 ea.= $815.00. The total Vivid gave me was $1,076.10!!!!!!! So, I called. The dumba.. I got tells me that means the section & row I was trying to purchase was already sold & the price I was seeing was for someone else's tickets in the same section & row. What?!!!! I said "that doesn't make sense, I have them here on my phone now & it's allowing me to purchase them, all I have to do is click Purchase." She repeats herself that those are no longer available. So I asked, "so when you sell tickets they still show up in your list of tickets for sale, they don't get removed?" and she said "no ma'am," but she could sell those to me with her discount for $1,036.and some change!!! Again, WHAT?!!!! I said "that doesn't make sense, you just said those tickets are already sold, how can you still sell them to me but I can't purchase them on your website like I'm trying to?" She says the same thing as before, that those ones are sold but she can sell me some at her discounted price. I said "no I'm not spending that much." Then she says she has the same section but in row 22 that she will sell me "at her discounted cost." So I asked her what that cost would be & she said $864.75 so those are the ones I purchased. Nothing she said made ANY sense AT ALL!!! She obviously had no idea what she was doing because I know I could have purchased the original tickets at the higher price so the fact that that was never corrected & I wasn't able to purchase the tickets I wanted at the price originally listed is B...S...!!! If it weren't for already having made these plans with other people I would have never bought them at all from Vivid, however I know all the other ticket agencies are just as sketchy & since she did sell me tickets around the price I was expecting I finished the process with them. I rarely go to anything more than a Patriots or Bruins game & this has solidified my reasoning for not trusting the ticket agency community. I thought there were laws against them being able to screw us like this but I guess they're allowed after all so CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!

Awful.

"Customer service rep lied. He assisted me in buying 2 tickets. I only need too. I accidentally bought one. So I asked can i just purchase 1 more ticket in the same section & row. & he said no Bc it comes in bundles & i said well can i cancel the one ticket & purchase the bundle of tickets. He stated yes, i will just have to transfer you to the customer service line. & i said okay thank you. & cannot get in contact with anyone sense. "

Worst experience ever Never Again!!!

"I’m in Houston for work I’m a Yankees fan found on my last day 7/9/2021 the Astros are planing the Yankees. Decided to get field seat behind the bullpen very excited. When my tickets were received 5 minelayer immediately realized it was the wrong game it was for 7/10/2021 flying out on this date. Called Vivid seats spoke to two very rude customer service people both said the same thing no Refunds or Exchanges. So now I’m stuck with a $160 ticket and can’t go to the game and am trying to sell a ticket online now because this is my only option according to the crappy company in 1 day.
NEVER NEVER agin will I use this app a total scam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
