"I had a wonderful experience with the customer service agent named Mike. Little did i know i would not be able to down load my ticket for the the Texans-Titans game on 12-29-19. Called customer service," video" chatted, and never got a resolution. I was told to call Ticketmaster. I called Ticketmaster. They couldnt help me either. Theres an 800 number for Ticketmaster, they cant help with tickets from Vivid. So, I'm out 77 bucks for a ticket that Vivid will probably resell to someone else. After my glowing review if them Fri(12-27-19)...DISREGARD EVERYTHING IVE SAID. VIVID SEATS IS WORTHLESS. PUT MY 77.00 TO GOOD USE, VIVID. MY FRIENDS AND I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN.
