"I purchased tickets to a comedy show and attempted to resell them on Vivid. These were mobile tickets that I purchased. I scrolled through and clicked everything I thought was correct for the seats because Vivid doesn’t auto populate the information for you and apparently it was wrong. I didn’t list that the seats were ADA accessible which I just missed. The worst part is because I purchased these as mobile tickets I shouldn’t have been able to resell them in the first place! So now Vivid is charging me an additional $144 for these tickets that I listed for $100 less than what I purchased them for! I should have read the fine print, but Vivid shouldn’t have allowed me to list these tickets for sale at all. I will never use this app again and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to use a different app. "

"I ordered tickets for tipper and friends event in NOLA for Sunday January the 6th from a preferred seller this morning Thru the app because the discount only shows up using the app not on the regular website. After completing my order It said I will receive an email with confirmation number and the the seller will send A second email with the PDF file once accepted. Never received a confirmation email about my order nothing showed up on the app about active tickets even though the app said my order was processed. After couple hours went by and still didn’t see any email or active orders on the app I called customer service took a while to get to a real person and all they told me was the order was never completed so I will not be charged? I don’t understand why it wasn’t competed when on my end it said processed and now those tickets are gone. So I did the live chat and the senior rep I got was Jonathan Quarles he ended up calling me did everything over the phone ended up buying tickets for Saturday the 5th with 10% off still by forwarding him the email from vivid seats with the 10% off email i received. Had my tickets in pdf file immediately on my account. Would give 5 stars but the first couple reps I talked to couldn’t tell me anything other than the order didn’t go through not a reason why or anything and no one besides Jonathan offered to help order them thru the phone vs the app. Jonathan gets 5 stars thank you so much!
