Personally, I won't shop with them again..!!
Ordered a Dremel + Dremel Workworking Kit for husbands birthday, ordered 27th March and paid extra for quicker delivery, website stated I would receive order between 2nd-4th April. 4th April, I'd not received my order so tried contacting them by phone and using their on-line queries, no luck with either. 5th April, continued phoning all morning but just got recorded message so tried emailing them, nothing. Lunchtime 5th April eventually got through, maybe only one person in the office and if she's out then there's no-one else there..!! Asked where my 2 part order was that was supposed to have been delivered the DAY BEFORE, told that one item was in stock but the other wasn't and that the item in stock HAD NOT been dispatched because the item was out of stock....!!!!!!!!!!!!
Asked for a refund straight away.
The Refund - 18th April I had to contact them again because I still HAD NOT received my refund..!!!
It was about another week before it was in my account....!!!!
IF YOU'VE GOT 2 MONTHS TO WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER FINE, USE THEM, IF YOU WANT SOMETHING QUICKER DON'T EXPECT THAT BY PAYING EXTRA FOR A SPEEDY DELIVERY YOU'LL GET IT. The communication is terrible and I still can't believe that their website was telling me that my order was on it's way until the 5th April when it suddendly said 'Stocking issue', by that time it was too late.

"Ordered some Sony MDR DS6500 wireless headphones on a 10 to 12 working day free delivery basis. It was only later that I realised I was going on holiday the day they were due to arrive, so I phoned WAE to see if I could get the delivery delayed until after I had returned. The guy I spoke to at WAE said he would try and get them to me before i went, the next day they were delivered. Can't speak highly enough of them, great prices and great service."

"Do believe good reviews!
I ordered a portable drive which was a good £30 cheaper than anywhere else, ok the estimated delivery was 17 to 19 days away but I was in no hurry, read all the bad reviews and thought I'd wait and see. Today was the last estimated delivery so rang them up and spoke to somebody within 3 minutes and they informed me the item was dispatched and gave me the tracking number. It was delivered just after mid day. In my opinion WAE+ kept their side of the bargain and would use again. Think they should communicate more but they are not the only company guilty of that.

I ordered 76 boxes of
Ferrero Rocher Rocher T24 Diamond at £2.15 + vat from WAE+ after checking the items were in stock
The payment was accepted & whilst i were waiting for delivery i got an email saying they were unable to deliver due to sourcing issues & that my payment would be refunded.
Strange thing is that the same item was then offered for sale on the WAE+ website for £5.34 + vat.
It appears that they advertised the lower price by mistake and are unwilling to admit doing so.
therefore on that basis i am unable to give them a positive review as i had to run around at the last minute to source the product elsewere.

"I do not recommend dealing with this company. From my experience they were unpleasant to deal with, difficult to get hold of, made promises that they did not keep, provided me with a poor level of customer service and did not seem to have proper knowledge of Distant Selling Regulations.

I tried to order one item and the process turned out to be an unpleasant nightmare. A simple dispatch email may have made a difference.

In my situation, I contacted WAE+ 23 days after I placed an order to find out that the item was shipped and then returned to them (they reported to me that the parcel had been refused – at no time did I receive any email to inform me of any of this and it was only because I called them that I discovered this information). I decided to give them a second chance and they promised me re-delivery by the end of the following week (9 days after I agreed this with them and over 5 weeks after my order was placed). Once again the item never arrived and once again I never received any shipping notification email or any tracking details.

Below I paste snippets of two emails I received from them during this process:

30 April 2012
“We have shipped this order as agreed and if there is delay you will need to take this up with the courier to find out what is the cause of this.”

Tue 15 May 2012
“May I kindly remind you that the terms and conditions state that payments will be 30 days from the date of the invoice has been cancelled this information is accessible on our web Page”

I requested a refund and was told that they could not do a payment reversal to my credit card. Instead they wanted to post me a cheque or take my bank details to make a transfer.

At this point I decided to deal with my credit card company who processed a refund within 5 days.

It is a shame that this company botched up – I do not trust this company and will never deal with them again.

I now believe that it is sometimes better to spend more to get a better service.

"A good product delivered by a lacking company. Two weeks after my product was meant to be delivered, I called to find that it had been out of stock for 3 weeks and no one had told me. I was then offered to down grade as this product was in stock but still had to wait a further week. It finally arrived 4 weeks after the delivery date and I am still waiting for my refund. Considering this company have now had my money for over 6 weeks I believe this is shocking. "

"21/5/12: At this point in time I am awaiting an Epson WF7515 printer ordered 1/5/12 - very nervously given the reviews below ! ! !

1. When I phone I get an automated message saying "too many callers - please email"

2. I emailed 21/5/12 and was told printer 7 days away.

3. Their email response was almost unreadable as my MS Outlook mail client was unable to display it correctly.

4. I have put this review in prematurely as my only means of contacting them, in the hope they will respond.

UPDATE: 23/5/12

GOOD START !

5. To their credit I have had a phone call within minutes of this post. They have promised they are sourcing the printer from an alternate supplier and I will have it in few days. I have managed now to contact them through their "fast response" web email system but their emails are still not displaying correctly in Outlook so you really do need to know what you're doing to extract the URL from the message in order to respond.

UPDATE: 28/5/12

Success !

My printer was delivered on Friday afternoon 25/5.

I am now happy with the service provided. The main criticisms I have are:

1. The online order status information should be accurate and reliable. My customer service rating reflects the current shortcoming in this respect.

2. Opting to use the cheaper "slow delivery" should not disadvantage the purchaser, i.e. Stock should be allocated when the order is placed regardless of the delivery option chosen.

"I ordered my Wacom tablet over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. It still hasn't arrived at their warehouse yet. I only know this because I got in touch with WAE+. No-one contacted me to let me know about the delay.
Rather poor customer service and no effort was made to remedy this with an offer of a discount or partial refund. Well, that's not quite true. I didn't pay for express delivery, but apparently when the tablet finally gets here I will get it shipped out for next day delivery! Lucky me.

"The item I ordered was not in stock (although the website did not show this), and 1 month later still waiting for the item, so decided to cancel my order. This proved very difficult - could not get through on the phone and the website was unclear. I would advise avoiding this company until they sort their act out"

"DO NOT BELIEVE GOOD REVIEWS!

I ordered a camera on the 13th April, like so many other people I then find it is out of stock and still have not recieved my refund!

This cannot be a real company, I think they must take payment on goods that don't exist and put our money into a high interest account for as long as they possibly can before giving refunds. I told them I expect my refund by Tueday. We will see.

ANY GOOD REVIEWS FOR WAE+ MUST BE WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES!

Wish I had checked them out before ordering.
