"I do NOT recommend this company--first their advertised price excluded VAT so that it seemed cheaper initially than the actual cost. However, I still went with them as even their adjusted price was lower than competitors for the item. I was told it would take 10-14 business days for delivery, which was perfect as this would give me my new camera just before taking my baby on holiday for the first time. Towards the deadline I started checking the progress of my order daily, and the status always showed an on-time delivery, even giving specific dates (5 days before our departure). When the camera didn't arrive as promised, I waited another 2 days but still no camera, so I called. My first attempt at calling resulted in an answering service telling me all staff were busy and hung up on me. I called the next day and after finally reaching someone was told the camera would take at least another week to arrive--after we had actually returned from the holiday. I had no faith this would actually happen and requested a refund. WAE+ readily agreed and confirmed through email, but I'm still waiting for the refund 1 week later. I would NOT recommend them for purchases."

"I placed an order for a hard drive as they were the best price I could find on the internet. There were evidently 8 in stock when I placed the order and the money went from my bank acount the following day. The site boasted free delivery on orders over £35, which was of no real benefit, as it still put my order in the delivery catagory of 10-12 days. The order then sat in 'Awaiting Fullfilment' for the next 17 days. The phone number given was never answered other than by an automated response directing me to the website. Evan at 9am they were evidently receiving a high volume of calls!
I sent an email cancelling my order, which was responded to quite quickly and courteously, saying the refund would take up to 14 days, even though it took hours to remove the money from my account. When asked why 14 days they replied that it was their policy.
Eight days later I received an email saying the money had been refunded. On checking my account, it hadn't been so I emailed again. They assured me the refund had been completed but suggested it may take several days.
I waited eight working days before contacting them again as the money had not returned to my account. I advised them that If the money was not returned to my account in 3 more days I would contact Trading Standards (who it would appear have an interest in them already) and start proceedings to recover my money. They responded by saying there must have been a problem with the bank proceedure and they offered to do a quick direct transfer to my account. The following day that was set up and completed within a couple of hours.
I don't believe they ever had the hard drive I ordered in stock and source items after receiving an order - that's why they are awaiting fullfilment for so long.
The only saving grace was that my emails were always replied to promptly and their replies were always polite. They had my money for just over a month without providing me with anything other than a determination not to use them again and always check the reviews of a company before ordering.

"I ordered and paid for a sound bar you said was in stock.After the delivery date passed you admitted that it was out of stock. It was impossible to speak to you by phone and emails were answered very slowly. You have still after a month not refunded the money, despite accepting my cancelled order. If I do not get the refund within three days I will take action against you."

"I placed an order (camera lens) on 12th of April,they took my money immediately.Delivery due date was between 26.04.2012 - 30.04.2012.My order still is awaiting fulfillment.Nobody replied to my emails, never answered the phone. Really poor customer service . I will not be using them again.
Update 16/05/2012
Yesterday i received an email reply from WAE+ saying my item is due in from the suppliers in 4 working days.

"Absolutely awful. I have been asked to complete a customer service form and I haVe no product - who has the audacity to do that?? I purchased this over a month ago. WAE+ has my money and keeps telling me my product is "awaiting fulfillment" WHERE ARE MY SPEAKERS WAE+??? What a complete joke. AVOID!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

They took my money immediately for an item in stock then it showed 2-3 weeks delivery, it's been over a month and they haven't even got the stock to send out yet, they ignored 3 emails (the 1st 3 weeks ago) including my last email in which I requested a full refund as they have failed to deliver. I have made several phone calls which cost me a small fortune as they never answer, after about 1/2 an hour on hold each time (on my mobile) I gave up.

I will never use this company again and am attempting to get my money back through my bank as they have essentially stolen my money as they have not supplied the goods.

UPDATE 14/05/2011:
I just received and email reply from WAE+ saying my item is due in from the suppliers in 5 working days, unfortunately upon hitting reply I am prompted for a password which is NOT my account password (as I can log-in to my account) so I can't reply... I therefore had to send yet another message confirming that I wish to cancel the item and insisting that they do NOT send the item out and honor my cancellation.

I wish I was kidding when I say I have never dealt with such a terrible company but I'm not :(.

"Hi guys, I was most pleased with the service from WAE regarding my new monitor, however I was less pleased with the random delivery of 3 cases of sports drinks which arrived some days later and are still in my hall taking up space! Please be more careful with your paperwork in future, they are going outside tomorrow seeing as I was not called when arranged regarding their collection, have a nice day :)"

"It would appear that I like many others on this review site would not recommend this company to ANYBODY.
Looking at the reviews below and my own experience, I can not understand how they are still even in business.
This is an organisation who advertises goods and takes your money when they do not have the product in stock. And once you ask for your money back they appear to only have one " customer service advisor" who is unable to access any information regarding refunds or complaints.
To explain I ordered online a LG sound bar and was subsequently emailed A delivery date, which was in line with the express delivery I had paid extra for. When the date came and went I contacted them to find out where my goods were - this is when I was told that it was not in stock, and would probably not be in stock again. After being made to justify wanting a refund because of this, I was told this would be processed and could take upto 30 days. I did not find this acceptable and raised a complaint, which I was told I would be contacted about. After 2 weeks passed and no refund or contact I tried again and I was met with barrier upon barrier by the customer service advisor - who when challenged in a calm and appropriate way hung up the phone on me!
I have now had to take the matter to my bank and also trading standards as they have had £450 of my money for a month now and have made no attempt to pay it back.
This company is taking people's money under false pretences DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

"The product description was accurate, and the product itself is exactly what it was supposed to be. The price was competitive. However, the product was still "awaiting fulfillment" after a couple of days (although it was originally in stock), and it was hard to get in touch with any of the company's representatives - this didn't work well. Also, I didn't get any reply when I oiginally enquired about the product; the phone line only seems to be there to encourage contact by e-mail. Communication is a weak point, rest is very good."

"Very poor. Website indicated item in stock. I opted for free delivery (meaning around 10-14 days to deliver). Status changed to 'order on time to be fulfilled', or words to that effect. This status maintained until post the last date for delivery when it changed to 'unable to source item' and then offered choice of buying an alternative or refund. Then told refund would take 30 days to process!! Do not go near this seller is my advice."

"Don't shop here, these people are crooks-they've taken my money and not delivered. I have repeatedly contacted customer services and received no reply other than their automatically generated one saying they will contact me-lies. Pay a little extra and shop with somebody honest!! Looks like I'm not the only one.

We we have been lied to and lied to. They have taken our money, not delivered the item, cancelled the order, refused to return the money for 30 days, been rude, 30 days lapsed a long time ago

In reply to your response, I await the refund and will post here when I receive it, others have had to wait a long time. No messages at all were sent to me other than your auto response. You either have an e mail problem or simply did not do it.

Got some replies basically refusing to refund for 30 days. They admitted having done nothing at all to process the refund and said they had 30 days to give the money back. They are basically using customers as a free bank. They then looked at the terrible service we had been given and said they would try to process more quickly. Guess what, nothing at all to date. These are simply the worst retail experience I have ever had and they deserve to go bust. Some companies act like this when they are in trouble-If you absolutely must use these people then do not shop with a debit card, at least if you use a credit card you may have some come back.

and still no refund. They have lied and cheated us. We have gone to our credit card company and they will be taking action against these dishonest crooks. WAE+ is without a shadow of a doubt the worst shopping experience I have ever had by a long, long way.
