Then don't bother to tell this to the customer, but instead wait until they are contacted about when delivery will happen. Like everyone, never received my order within the 10-12days delivery. Phoned up and given absolute guff response about "delayed shipment to Euro Delivery Office".
Was GUARANTEED delivery on Tuesday. Now thursday and nothing arrived.

"Placed an order on the 04 April 2012 as they could not guarantee delivery despite paying extra for the 3-5 day service I cancelled the order, checked online and my order was progressing, so I cancelled it again, My order again progressed so I cancelled a third time. The order was then shipped the money debited from my account. After numerous failed attempts to contact them by phone I resorted to the "rapid response" emails (about 2-3 days turn around in my case) Received an apology and a request for me to sent it back to them at my expense - I declined this and they arranged for a courier to pick it up. 3 Days after it arrived I still had not heard from them so again after failed telephone calls I resorted to the not so rapid response system, 2 days later I get told the terms and conditions state 30 days for a refund. So despite the fact they incorrectly sent he order which they acknowledge, they insist I treat them like a savings account for their mistake. It is now well over 30 days since I cancelled my order and still not refund. I would never use this company or any subsidiary again and advise yu to do the same. it is a shame this web site does not allow a 0 star rating- avoid like the plague

again there are inconsistencies in your reply, I have not criticised your shipping and delivery service - So I feel no need to "prove it". I criticised your poor customer service, the not so rapid response emails and the near impossible to get hold of anyone telephone line (I never managed to get hold of anyone but apparently others have)
I did not accept the delivery as you say and I would ask you to prove it!. I can However prove I was in CUBA from the 10th of April, It was accepted on my behalf by someone else, I did not feel the need to ask the neighbours to reject all deliveries in my absence as I had requested you cancel the delivery on 3 occasions
If I had been able to get hold of customer service and they could of confirmed the delivery date, I would probably be writing a positive review
But then again you stand by your statement that I cancelled ater it was shipped - so by definition I must be lying !!!!

Your customers services even replied to my email from Cuba with that was titled I want to cancel my order not yet shipped.
I do hope the delivery of my cheque is as speedy as the delivery of the cancelled item, however I do find it strange that you are sending a cheque!! why not just re-credit it back to the card, then there is no chance of it getting "lost in the post" I will update on monday to let you know if I have recieved it yet

"This company is very irresponsible. I've tried buying a tablet (Acer Iconia A510) from them. They have told me the item should be arriving to me within 3- 5 days as I have chose to use the express delivery. The expected date would be 28th of April to 2nd of May. On the 3rd of May, I called up to them and asked them about my delivery, what they told me was they are having problem with the suppliers, and they said my item should be with me in a week time and they are willing refund my express delivery charges. After that, they changed my delivery status from 'Awaiting fulfillment' to "Stocking Issues'. The next day when i checked the status again it was
