"I never received the TV Iordered because it was out of stock, and WAE+ said that they couldn't get any more; even though when I ordered it there were apparently 7 in stock.
I was offered my money back or to choose an alternative product, but wasn't given any sort of compensatory discount.
I opted to have a refund, but had to chase that up after a week. I did get my refund though."

All they do is fob you off and meanwhile my money has been taken a month ago - not good enough.

"I was given a 2 day window for delivery. I took both days off work to ensure that i was there for delivery. The item was not delivered on time. I emailed asking where it was and heard nothing back. I therefore had to call them and they delivered 2 days later. I was promised a refund on the postage costs I paid, but did not receive it. All in all a pretty shambolic experience."
"As many of you out there I researched who was the cheapest on line supplier of an Epson R3000 printer and WAE came out with the best price. On checking their website at the time of order, they stated they had 8 units in stock. I placed the order, paid by Mastercard, delivery date of 2/5 working days. They took payment immediately and after 5 weeks and several phone calls and so called promises, (which I believe were only made so they could keep my cash for longer) I eventually cancelled the order. Whilst speaking to them on the phone I was told they could not refund my money via Mastercard, as should be the only way of refunding when paying by this method. I was offered either a personal cheque (after 30 days from date of cancellation), or if I gave them my Bank details, they would transfer the money after 30 days. Both of which are against the rules of Mastercard. I actually wonder if companies like this are using bogus product offers as a way of obtaining money to use as a cash float. I must point out I was told that the item I ordered was not a stock item even though their online store said they carried this stock. MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND!!!! I am currently pursuing this matter with Mastercard."
"I ordered a Netgear Router on 26/04/12. The price was very competitive and according to the web site, there was Qty 9 in stock. I opted for 10-12 working days delivery and it showed "order due on time, awaiting fulfillment" until the 12th working day when status went to "Item allocated". I contacted the Company by e-mail requesting confirmation that my order was on its way. Their reply was less than satisfactory... "Sorry for delay, you should receive the order in a few days time" I responded saying "in a few days time" was not acceptable, they replied advising that Netgear had item in stock but they had not given WAE+ a firm delivery date!!! My point is, they do not hold any stock of certain items despite web site advising stock levels updated at 0900 every day. As all this was going on, the web site still displayed "9 in stock". I have now received my router but feel that this Company has despicable working practices and sets out to deceive potential Customers with its lies re stock levels etc! My advice, like so many others is to avoid this Company like the plague, like a previous reviewer says "Its a wonder the Company is still in business! "

"This is an update to a review i wrote back in May this year...
I ordered a wireless router back in april from this company - i waited and waited.... and waited some more - still nothing delivered after several weeks. I checked back online and the website claimed that they no longer sell the item i had ordered. So i contacted them asking to cancel my order, which was then confirmed as cancelled and was told i would be refunded in 30 days...
30 days came and went - still no refund, so after contacting them several times about the matter, they then told me that they could not give me a refund as i had not payed for the order....??? It clearly shows on my bank statement that WAE+ took the full amount of money out of my account on 20th April.
It is now september - 5 MONTHS later, and still no refund.
Avoid this company at all costs - They are thieves and liars - they stole money out of my bank account and claimed that i had not payed for the item i ordered - it is discusting.
My bank is currently investigating the matter - if i get nowhere with that, i will be contacting trading standards and reporting them as fraudulant and having stole money from my bank account.
PLEASE do NOT make the mistake of ordering ANYTHING from these thieves... You have been warned.

"I thought I had learnt my lesson before, buying items on line without looking at reviews. Silly me, like most of the complaints it is the company not making delivery as promised, e.g. stating 3 - 5 days means nothing to them. Not got my ordered item after 6 days, nor promise of firm delivery date. I think looking at cheapest price was foolish, I will buy from known reputaable companies in future with good reviews. About to cancel order and probably have to wait for eternity for refund. I will not be so foolish again.
Traders reply is untrue, I paid (if they look at invoice) for 3-5 working days. I foolishly assumed that monday to Friday were working days.
Trader is very aggressive with their replies on something they clearly are at fault. Would not like to discuss any warranty claim, I think there could be problems. There posturing on this matter has left me very upset."
"Not a very helpful company. Order was done as an express deliverey,(3-5days), with items supposedly in stock. After one week I went on holiday and returned without a delivery.
After checking the WAE site it read " awaiting a response from you".
I was unable to cantact by phone as they were supposed to be having an excessive workload, and directed me to their website for contact. This I did and received no answer. After another try I did get an answer as to not being able to phone them. They are short staffed.
After 4 weeks of not receiving my goods I cancelled the order, and immediately got an e-mail apologising for the delay and requesting that I give them more time. This was not given and I demanded my money back. After this I ordered from another company and received my goods promply.
This company does not keep in touch with its customers who have to do all the chasing when a problem occurs. I doubt very much if I will use them again.
I am still waiting for my refund"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - like the many before me - they stated they had the item in stock - they took the money immediately out of my account - and failed to deliver when they said they would. after trying to call them via their number for 2 WEEKS i couldn't get through - so sent an email via their website - it took them 2 days to get back to me - when they said the item would take a further 4 days to come in!!

"Very disgruntled. We orderd a Konica Minolta and specifically said we needed it for a date beyond the 10-12 day delivery time so should have arrived well within time. Ordered on 12th April - had not arrived by 9th of May.
When I phoned to cancel I was told I would have to wait 30 days for a refund. I pointed out WAE had failed to meet its obligations and we were entitled to an immediate refund. No refund yet so taking up a complaint as paid on a credit card.
Now the 11 th June and no refund - Trading standards and county court will be the next move.
