"I have ordered items on 18th April and am still awaiting delivery on 12th June. These items were not urgent so i kept the order open and received several expected delviery dates from the company. I am still awaiting my order - more than 2 months is really a joke. There Telephone customer service is non existent as you will only get through to a phone message telling you to go online and use the web form service.

THIS COMPANY EXCELS IN THE WORST ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER HAVE!!!!

"I ordered over 3 weeks ago some philips speakers. I got given an expected delivery date and left it as that. After the date due I checked online to see that the order wasnt in stock (which I went online to check, and it was still available to buy as it was In Stock) I didnt recieve any form of contact to tell me that it 'isnt in stock'. I have contacted them numerous times through phone with no answer and also emailed them, I still havent recieved my refund."

"AVOID AT ALL COST !! Considering they say they advertise themselves as the leading company in office supplies they dont have anyone to answer the phone or respond to e-mails.Ordered 4 IP cameras all the instructions are in french and on top of that 2 are faulty. I'm currently waiting for the director to call me back, after waiting over 2 weeks for one of the customer reps to call me back and having no response to my e-mails. I have never recieved such poor customer service ! It has taken me 2 weeks to get through to someone, I work for a charity and we have better resources for answering the phone."

"Item was as described, but takes a rediculous amount of time to arrive. Saying that, I did save around 20% on the next lowest price I could find for the Zoom H2n recorder - so I don't mind waiting a little longer for a good deal.

I would use again so long as I don't need my order in a hurry.

"I would give them 0 star rating if it were possible. Not a good experience at all. I wish I had read all the reviews, rather than just a cluster which were positive (and incidentally around the same time. A member of their staff perhaps??). I checked their website because I wanted a Sony portable DVD player for use on 21st April. Their website said there were about 8 in stock and it was cheaper than anywhere else. I also emailed WAE+ to check stock and received a reply immediately to say they had several of that item in stock. I ordered it on 2nd April. Their delivery time is 10-12 days which is quite lengthy but I waited as it should have been delivered just before I needed it. It got to the 11th day and I had a bit of a feeling as status still said 'Awaiting Fullfillment' so emailed them to check we were still on track. Status suddenly changed to 'Stock Issues' and another date was added. My item still didn't arrive on the rescheduled date so I decided to put in for a refund. I have tried calling them a number of times but you will never get through. I received a very polite email apologising for inconvenience etc and saying refund has been processed and will be in my account in 30 days (a long wait considering it comes out quick enough but there you go). This time has now elapsed and no sign of my refund. I think I am about to be the next Trading Standards statistic because they won't give you your money back. I really wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. Take note....."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
The worst company ever! Poor customer service! Impossible to contact them over the phone! I cancelled my contract over a month ago due to a late delivery and did not receive my refund yet, which was due Wed 23rd of May. I have been trying to contact them every day since Monday 21st and I got no response so far (Fri 25th)!. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do not be misled by their prices.
For everyone who is going through a similar experience, please contact your local police, your local trading standards and trading standards Birmingham. I have also tried Action Fraud on 03001232040 who were very helpful.
I will keep you posted on IF / WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND.

"I ordered on 05/05/2012 17:19:56 of may wanting to get fast delivery so i picked the fastest i could, this was `Euro Express 3-5 Working Days Shipping` I never got anything to say any items had shipped so i contacted them via there support page on 09/05/2012 (Day 3), asking them if my items were shipped and where they were, they replied back saying half of my items had been shipped and the rest would be shipped shortly, I felt this was ok... I emailed back after asking if i could get tracking numbers for next time so i can know when to be in but they said they dont have them but the next items will be on Wednesday (16/05/2012 - Day 8 - Already out of the time scale) So I waited on that day, nothing came... emailed again they said it will be between Friday ( 18/05/2012 -Day 10) and Monday (21/05/2012 - Day 11) So I stayed in, FINALY I get 1 more items... but im still waiting for something else so i email them again, and this is where it gets worse. Now they just keep picking dates out of a hat because its day 15 and I have still not got a tracking number or a date that i know 100% it will be there.

The last thing they said to me was quote, `We have had stocking issues with regards to the 8G (as opposed to the 8GX) model. We can get this to you for Thursday however.`thats (24/05/2012) Its now Saturday (26/05/2012) I asked for a shipping refund and they will not even talk to me anymore.

What ever you do, dont to business with them and if you do, do it with a credit card because your going to need to phone your bank to get your money back when they take ages to ship your items.

" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If you are reading this review before placing an order with WAE+ you will probably realise that this company is bad news.
I placed an order for a mobile phone on the 6th of May.
They took the money instantly from my bank account and issued an order number.
It is now the 25th of May and I have not recieved my goods or have been able to contact WAE+.
I cannot log on to trace my order and it is not posible to contact them by phone.
There is no reason in this day and age for deliveries to take 10 to 12 working days I belive this company is working a scam and have informed the Trading Standards over their unsatisfactory trading.
Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.


How strange there was someone around all day on Friday but did not see any sign of a delivery and have certainly not recieved a calling card.
Perhaps they had the wrong address or maybe they did not have the goods to deliver!
As for the order being dispatched on time my calculation of 10 to 12 working days from the 6/5/12 is 22/5/12 not the 25/5/12 as you are saying the delivery was attempted to be delivered.
To coment on your phone system, I experienced the same as many other people have written that you only get through to an answer phone.
